Those Family Jewels - Does Size Really Matter?

3:01 م Posted by Unknown No comments

All that talk about the lust for big breasts has led us to the ultimate response from the ladies... what about the size of the family jewels men are so proud of? Does size matter? Is there a hidden meaning to the female fascination of oversized penises? Guess what? It does matter! Well, kinda, sorta... it's like driving a race car. If you are an accomplished driver and know how to maximize performance from the vehicle, size is almost irrelevant.Likewise for the men who are really well endowed and have very little finesse as a lover. Your oversized phallus may actually hinder your performance leaving the ladies complaining about painful sex!

While it seems that the men have a greater fascination than women about their family jewels and the importance of size, women have always had an opinion. The difference is they know from experience! Many men actually advertise their size on a first date! Women are barely listening as they zero in on his eyes, sizing up whether or not he is sensitive and caring, arrogant or self-absorbed... all those things that help a woman determine whether this man is a safe bet to continue getting to know. She may have not have even heard his reference to the size of whatever name he has given to his pride and 'package.' She has been getting familiar with the rest of him; the part she has to trust and live with far more often if she becomes involved in a relationship with him.

In the final analysis, performance is the key to winning the war about who is the greatest lover in any woman's life. Compact can become as exciting as a Ferrari while oversized can be as clumsy as a box truck! It's time to let the men in on the secret gals have shared for years. When women talk about their men, they rarely mention the size of his penis... unless their sexual experience with him is painful.

On the other hand, those average size guys that make up the greatest part of the population may have it all over the bigger guys in their ability to perform. Like any other achievement; when you begin with average, you must work harder to be the best. And these guys do on a regular basis.

Men who understand how women think are miles ahead in the lover department.

Women begin getting aroused long in advance of the time they see the sheets before them. They are building a dream with a desired conclusion that includes emotions; feeling desirable, loved and pursued, even from her husband. A man in pursuit of his own wife ranks high on the list of the most desirable of men. The culmination of sex is just the icing on the cake. The elements for building excitement in your partner include shared secret looks, touching, gentle laughter, whispering in her ear, caressing, hugging, cuddling and a host of other things special to just the two of you. These are what make the experience memorable.

When a couple has this kind of chemistry building, creating a blissful sexual encounter requires only that the man involved has done his homework and knows exactly where the right spots are to achieve the greatest impact. If you don't know, take a moment to learn with your partner. If you're comfortable and able to create a teasing, loving manner to introduce it while in the act, she will respond in the same manner.

Booklet Tips - Info Vs Problem Solving

3:22 م Posted by Unknown No comments

Your tips booklet has good or maybe even great how-to information in it. It seems a reasonable assumption that your information leads to solving problems for the reader, the buyer, or both (since they may not be the same person). Sometimes the information does solve one or more problems, yet that is not always true. Your booklet could actually be causing problems rather than solving them.

There are several things you as the booklet author can do to increase the likelihood of your information being the problem solver you intended it to be.

Write your tips to be as powerful as possible. That means telling the reader what to do AND succinctly adding another sentence or two explaining how to do what you told them or why you are telling them what you told them. The additional 1 or 2 sentences connect the dots beyond simply saying what to do.

Title your booklet so it truly represents the content in a simple, clear, and obvious way. Getting cutsie, esoteric, cryptic, or obscure runs a huge risk of mistaken expectation when it comes to what is in the booklet, immediately creating an unnecessary problem.

Expect your reader to have no experience or knowledge of your topic. Providing the most basic information you can means the reader will either have new information, a reminder of something they knew and forgot, or confirmation about what they do know. Each function has value and can solve a problem because of its simplicity.

Determine to the best of your ability the problem the reader or buyer wants to solve. You can provide information you think addresses the challenge, and while it's great content, it misses the mark in dealing with the problem itself in some way.

Simplify your process by directly asking the reader or buyer what problem(s) they want to solve. They may or may not have an answer at all. Or they may think the problem is one thing yet it turns out to be something else. Not enough storage space might seem to be the problem when the issue is really learning to make better decisions about letting go of things or pixels.
ACTION - Revisit your booklet content, the feedback you've had from readers and buyers, and the sales results you've had. Each of those activities gives you data to consider, to analyze, to act upon. It is also the process your readers and buyers go through with the information you provide them, though they may do it less consciously and less formally than the suggestion you just read here. Only you can decide if the information you have is a problem solver or merely information. What will you do with what you discover? You can take action on some or all of it. You can simply notice what you've found. Or you can do nothing further. Those choices are also available to each of your readers and buyers.

Most Common Personality Type to Succeed in Business

3:16 م Posted by Unknown No comments

It is quite misguided that people believe the most common personality type to succeed in business is the Type A personality. The one that is driven, strong, has great time management skills and enjoys the thrill of the win. My own personal belief is that you need to recruit some of these into your team, just for the pure adrenalin rush you will receive watching them in action. I believe in balance in all aspects of life so obviously you will need to recruit some Type B personalities to balance out your team.

Always keep your eye on the quiet ones, the quiet achievers. There are so many Type B personality types that have succeeded in business worldwide. You have to think outside the box with whatever you are doing when you are growing a team and trying to create a strong foundation in your organisation so a balance of both the A & B personality types is a crucial part of your strategy.

How do you spot the first and most obvious signs of the most common personality types? There are a few tell- tale signs that should stand out, once you have your head around how to spot them. Your average type B personality will be the person lingering in the back of the crowd, if confronted the majority will blush in a public forum when caught unawares. In contrast the Type A will be the centre of attention, making everyone laugh, cracking jokes and taking charge of the energy in the room with ease.

Finding where you fit into the personality type before you start your recruiting campaign would be of some benefit. It will help you assess how you are going to approach people, most likely help you with the different types of lead generation you will use.

The type B will not be the one charging all around town with a whiteboard and marker drawing circles and squares, explaining the marketing plan with an overzealous enthusiasm. They would do well to hide behind a computer and recruit that way. Make sure you know which one you are and that of your team so you can guide them in the right direction when it comes to recruiting and picking the correct forms of lead generation for them to try.

Network Marketing Success - Be Patient

3:10 م Posted by Unknown No comments

I have a question for you. Are you in network marketing? Do you have patience? Do you trust the process? Are you building your business? Are you in a hurry? Are you trying to get rich quick? My advice to you is, "be patient".

Many people get into this business with a sort of a hype, "This product just sells itself. Just go show all of you friends and relatives. They're going to love it. They're going to want to sign up. They're going to want to get involved with you. You're all going to make money. You're going to get rich quick." That is not true. None of it is true. You must be patient to build this business. There are no "get rich quick" schemes.

Eight out or ten people are going to say no. Maybe nine out of ten are going to say no. You've already found that out. This isn't a get rich quick scheme. You're asking people to get involved with you to get in business with you. It takes time. It takes an average of five to seven exposures before somebody says yes. Let that sink in, an average of five to seven exposures before somebody says yes.

People are skeptical at first. They take time to warm up to the idea of getting involved and you have to nurture and develop the relationship. Even then many people will simply say, "No". Expect that and once again, learn to trust the process to weed out the naysayers from the action takers.

How do you win at this game? You do all of the things that I've talked about in many previous blog posts, articles and videos. You sincerely care about the people. You learn about them. You learn what's important for them. You help them to get what they want. You stay in touch with them. You become their friend. In that process, you be patient and you trust the entire process of network marketing to work for you. It may sound like a lot of work, and it is, but the reality is that's the way it works. You stay in touch with people. You try to find ways to help people. You be of service to people. You put value out there. You provide leadership, and you let them come to you when the time is right for them.

The Gift You Give

3:07 م Posted by Unknown No comments

To understand the power of what you have to share in Network Marketing, you need to look at the situations people are increasingly finding themselves in worldwide. They do everything right, work as hard as they can, sacrificing wherever they can, and still find themselves coming up short of the life they want. Such is the case for one young couple I recently met from Italy, Emilio and Sasha (Note: these are pseudonyms to protect their true identities).

While both are currently gainfully employed there in Italy, they each work separate shifts which means that they almost never see each other, or seldom get to spend time together. They got married to be together, but that is not the way life is working out for them. In one sense they are very lucky because the unemployment rate in Italy nationally is about 25%, but that gives them no freedom to find jobs that allow them to spend more quality time together.

Their dream is to have a business of their own, something they can do together. They no longer want to work for someone else, but the option of starting a business there in Italy doesn't appear feasible. Like so many others from Italy, they are forced to look overseas for opportunities. Since Sasha happens to be Thai, this is where they are looking. Besides, Thailand is a very beautiful and relatively inexpensive place to live.

Since both of them have a passion for Italian as well as Thai style cooking, one thing they are considering is opening an Italian restaurant. There are complications, however. Being as Emilio is Italian, it's not so easy for him to obtain a work permit here in Thailand. If only Sasha can legally work, this severely limits their options. It can also be very expensive to open a really good restaurant like they want to do.

This is where the possibility of network marketing comes into play. It's something that an ambitious couple like Emilio and Sasha can do together to supplement their income from what ever business they eventually decide to start. More importantly, it is a business that they can build whether they are based in Thailand or in Italy, and it is also a way that Emilio can earn without necessitating having a local work permit. In sharing the network marketing business, you give people like Emilio and Sasha the possibility of them being able to design a lifestyle they choose, not one that is dictated by their circumstances.

Success in Network Marketing - Go For Thank You

3:01 م Posted by Unknown No comments

Today I would like to talk to you about your attitude as you discuss your business with prospects. One of the many ways we fail in network marketing is we all too often have the wrong attitude when we approach potential clients.

Too often we are going for the kill. We "want to" "get them", sign them up, hustle them into the fold. We forget they are human beings and they can sense our urgency or "pushiness". Our desire to rush them into the business comes through and they retreat to safety. If we take a step back and search for something we can do to help the client, we make more progress faster and have a better chance of achieving the objective of signing them into our business.

In a previous article we talked about going for "no", and how we can begin to weed through people and just go for a decision. We want to know what you think, "yes" or "no". We can't deal with "maybe". There's another tactic and that's to go for "thank you". Look for something that the prospect says "help me" about, then provide the help and or service required

So I want to talk to you about "go for thank you". Remember it was Zig Zigler who had said that in order to get what you want in life, you have to help other people get what they want. If you always keep that service mentality in mind, keep the service sign before the dollar sign, the dollars will follow. Everyone is saying, "help me" in one way or another. Always be asking yourself, "How can I help this person get what they want? How can I be of service to this person? What it is that they need in their life that will make their life better"? And if I can show them how to get there, then I will be on my road to success too.

If you keep that attitude in mind, and you're always looking for -- at the end of whatever you do -- the person you're speaking with to look at you and say, "Thank you. You have genuinely helped me. Thank you." And if you do that, you will succeed. Now go find somebody who is saying, "help me" and wants to say "thank you" to you for the service you provide them. Genuinely care about them, help them get what they want and you are on the road to success in network marketing.

Are You Enmeshed in Someone Else's Life?

2:36 م Posted by Unknown No comments

The word enmeshed seems to capture quite clearly the sense of an unhealthy involvement in someone elses life that a number of people can feel, whilst at the same time believing that their relationship with that person is either healthy or is of some value to either party.

Whilst it is difficult to generalise about the nature of relationships and the differing levels of commitment that people have in differing types of relationship, the nature of an enmeshed relationship is generally quite easy to understand at a felt level, although sometimes difficult to describe at a practical level.

Anyone involved in any type of personal development work or spiritual growth will at some stage had been told or have read that they need to be of service to others, or at some level to involve themselves in other people's lives. This principle can be a healthy one, but can also easily abused by either party, intentionally or unintentionally.

Often the nature of an enmeshed relationship is difficult to untangle because it is of seeming benefit to both sides. It is quite likely that one side of the relationship has a real need for differing needs in certain areas, which the other party is able to help meet either partially or in whole. This is not of itself either healthy or unhealthy but it is the underlying dynamic that tends to determine the nature of the enmeshed relationship.

Perhaps the best way to understand this, is to look at a practical example of someone who is trying to help an active alcoholic to stop drinking or to rebuild their lives. Whilst the person's intentions may start off by being healthy or good, there is a real danger that over time the person trying to help will be sucked into the life of the alcoholic, who will simply use them as a form of enabling them to continue drinking. This is a very common scenario and often applies to parents or the spouse of an alcoholic. This is the reason why a separate 12 step fellowship, Al-Anon, was formed, and has as its focus helping people to reclaim a sense of their own life.

It is sometimes difficult to describe the practicalities of people who are enmeshed in other people's lives, but it can sometimes be seen working at a practical level. It is perhaps easier to understand how simple it is to begin to feel responsible for someone else's life, because it gives the individual a sense of control over something over which in fact they have no control over at all.

The example of trying to help an alcoholic is a good one because the person trying to help is likely to have some type of close relationship with the alcoholic already. This is certainly true of family members who often desperately seek some type of control in a situation that is patently out of control.

The dangers of getting too closely involved with anyone, whether they are an alcoholic or not, is that the individual ceases to have really clear and separate boundaries about where their life ends and the other person's life begins. This invariably leads to a blurring of identities and the crossing of the line between responsibility and control.
